Motiq is an AI-powered focus app that helps you get unstuck with one small, actionable step.
1. Contact Support
If you need help, you can contact us by email:
Please include the email address connected to your Motiq account and a short explanation of the issue.
If your issue is related to a payment or subscription, please also include whether you purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
2. Common Issues
I cannot log in
Make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you forgot your password, use the password reset option in the app.
I did not receive my password reset code
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email still does not arrive, wait a few minutes and request a new code from the app.
The AI response does not match my task
Try rewriting your task with a little more context. For example, instead of “I need to do it,” write “I need to study math but I keep opening Instagram.”
The app says I reached my free limit
Free users have daily usage limits for some AI features. You can wait until the next day or upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.
3. Subscription Support
Motiq Pro may include unlimited AI starts, unlimited continuations, stronger personalization, and other premium features shown in the app.
If you purchased Pro but your account still appears as Free, try using the “Restore Purchases” option in the app.
If the issue continues, contact us and include:
- The email address connected to your Motiq account
- The platform you purchased on: App Store or Google Play
- A short description of the problem
4. Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.
- For iPhone or iPad, manage your subscription from your Apple App Store account settings.
- For Android, manage your subscription from your Google Play account settings.
Deleting your Motiq account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Apple or Google. You must cancel the subscription through the relevant app store if you do not want to be charged again.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly from inside the Motiq app.
To delete your account:
- Open the Motiq app.
- Go to your Profile or Settings page.
- Open the Account or Privacy section.
- Tap “Delete Account”.
- Confirm your password if requested.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

6. Report a Bug
If you find a bug, crash, or unexpected behavior, please contact us by email.
Helpful details include:
- Your device model
- Your operating system version
- Your app version
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if possible
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.
